I am Watching Food, Inc. for the 3rd time on PBS. The way in which our beef, chicken, pork, and yes even potatoes, are currently raised is due primarily to McDonalds and fast food industry. Watch this video; it is eye opening. Click on the link below for video info. Is it any wonder that citizens want to take more control of where their food comes from? I think we should all go out, buy/share a 4H cow with friends. Here’s to hunters, small farms and ranches, and URBAN CHICKENS! Sadly the Great Falls City Commissioners do not believe citizens should be able to have urban chickens; I hope Billings leadership is much more progressive and open-minded.
